Sometimes when I'm in public places, I get really excited when I hear certain bands. Some of them are a little obscure, others are really popular. There's this handful of artists that I feel are so wholly mine, that I'm at once exhilarated and a little bit hurt that others get to enjoy them. I'm afraid that they won't appreciate them as much I do, that they won't "get" them.
